Thanks for all the valid answers, folks! I see that AC/Arty heavily depends on the Mission (and that Arties are useless when rats are hugging you close) so i will both give it a try, but i think i will use 1200 for better tracking and higher rof....

From my investigation it firstly depends on the sec status of the system. For sure i can tell you highsec, 0.8: Monday: 1/3 spawn (rocks have 1/3 size of a full spawn) Tue-Thu: Full spawn Fri: 1/3 spawn Sat, Sun: Full spawn. Hope this helps.
